Hello, I’m Michael.

I work with beginners, neurodivergent people, and anyone who feels unsure or intimidated in the gym, helping you build strength, confidence and the skills to train more independently.

I’m an Active IQ Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor, with additional Tier 1 Oliver McGowan training in learning disability and autism.

My coaching is patient, practical and built around you. We can take more time with an exercise, break movements into smaller steps, try different ways of explaining something, or adapt your training when a particular approach doesn’t work for you.

You don’t need to arrive knowing how everything works. Part of my job is helping you understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how to do it confidently.

The goal isn’t simply to get you through a workout each week. It’s to help you become stronger, more comfortable and increasingly independent in the gym.
